Abstract: Doulizi shoal is a famous riffle shoal of low water in ChangJiang River. Had been renovated several times, it still obstructs the channel from Chongqing to YiBing. To exert all the strength of Changjiang River’s transport ability, the renovation of Doulizi shoal should be done as soon as possible.
