摘要: 笔者通过比较客户机/服务器模式与Web浏览器/月艮务器模式的优劣,指出基于Web浏览器/服务器模式的 洪水预报系统是今后发展的趋势。以乌江江口水电站洪水预报系统为例,探讨基于Web浏览器,服务器模式的洪水 预报系统的结构、特点及通过Delphi的实现方法。
