Abstract: Although the highway construction of Xinjiang municipality was late commenced, it is investment scale increasingly increase, how to control cost in reason and dominate whole process of engineering construciton is becoming more and more important. This article startes from highway design work. And its aim is to research existent problems and solving methods.
