Abstract: The logistics capability is an important capability to guarantee the daily operation in supply chain．This paper analyzes the concept,the research status and the structure of the logistics capability in supply chain，discusses its several typical kinds logistics capabilities．From the point of‘plan-act-upervision& control’，it bring out the man agement process of logistics capability in supply chain．It also puts forward the five affecting factors of logistics capabilities and four main means to harmonize logistics capability in supply chain．After that,it brings forward the effect of the different node corporation in the process of logistics capabilities man agement．At last,the conclusion of this paper is given．

摘要： 供应链物流能力是保障供应链正常运作的关键能力之一．笔者首先分析了供应链物流能力的基本概念和研 究现状，分析了供应链物流能力的构成及影响因素，提iJJ了常见的几种供应链物流能力．从“计划——执行—— 监督控制”三个主要的管理过程出发，对供应链物流能力管理过程进行了系统的分析，论述了在不同的阶段中， 供应链物流能力管理的主要任务、论文提小了执行过程中供应链物流能力的五大影响因素和调节供应链物流能力 的四种主要策略，提出了供应链上不同企业主体对物流能力管理过程的作用，最后对全文总结．
