瓦斯发动机燃气混合器瓦斯阀口 流量特性分析与结构优化

Abstract: Through analysis of flow characteristics model of rectangular gas valve port in gas engine mixer,it was found that there was nonlinear relationship between gas flux through the valve and its opening proportion. Segmental design thought was applied to designing a gas valve port profile with quasi-linear flow characteristics. The simulation result indicated that there was quasi-linear relationship between gas flux through the valve and its opening proportion after optimization.

摘要: 通过对瓦斯发动机燃气混合器长方形瓦斯阀口流量特性建模分析,发现长方形阀口瓦斯流量与其开度呈非 线性关系。采用分段式设计思想设计了具有准线性流量特性的瓦斯阀口型线。仿真结果表明:优化后的瓦斯阀口 流量与其开度呈准线性关系。
