Analysis on Singularity Field of Concrete Road Overlay Interface End and Preference Selection of Overlay Materials

混凝土路面加铺层界面端奇异场分析和加铺层材料比选

Abstract: Interface end will be formed when cement concrete overlay or asphalt overlay is applied in cement concrete pavement. Stress singularity existing in the bonding interface of interface end is associated with the overlay material properties and below road material properties and different combination of the two materials will produce different stress singularity. The analysis of interface end's stress field shows that the singularity index of interface end has good correlation to the field parameter of stress field and can better reflect the stress singularity degree of overlay interface end,therefore,the singularity index of interface end can be directly used in the overlay materials' selection so as to avoid the complex field analysis. Based on the analysis of interface end's singularity index and conclusions of interface field analysis,the selection principles of cement concrete road materials are as follows: the overlay materials' property is similar to that of the original road materials, which can reduce the stress singularity degree of interface end so as to be more beneficial to the stress of road overlay.

摘要: 水泥混凝土路面采用水泥混凝土加铺层或者沥青加铺层均会形成界面端。界面端的结合界面存在应力奇异 性,这与加铺层材料性质和其下原路面的材料性质相关,通过对界面端的应力场分析表明: 界面端的奇异性指数和 应力场的场参量具有良好的相关性,能够较好的反映加铺层界面端的应力奇异程度。因此在实践中可直接采用界 面端奇异性指数进行加铺层材料选材,从而避免复杂的场分析。基于界面端场分析的结论,根据界面端场奇异性 指数给出了水泥混凝土路面加铺层材料的选材原则: 加铺层材料性质和原路面材料性质接近,可降低界面端的应 力奇异程度,从而使路面加铺端的受力更加有利。
