Asphalt Seal Impact on Vibration Performance of Cement Pavement

沥青封层对水泥路面振动性能的影响

Abstract: Several kinds of different thickness asphalt emulsion seal laid on the cement pavement are taken into consideration,and then the influence of the asphalt emulsion seal upon vibration performance of cement pavement under dynamic load is analyzed and calculated by ANSYS. The calculation and analysis results show that to add a filmy layer of asphalt emulsion seal on the cement pavement can effectively decrease the vehicle induction stiffness when vehicle running on the road,which can efficiently decrease the influenced range of the dynamic load effect on the road surface. On the whole,to add a filmy layer of asphalt emulsion seal on the cement road surface may have certain effect on improving the deformation and stress of cement pavement under dynamic load,but this effect is not obvious; along with the increase of the thickness of asphalt emulsion seal,the normal stress and shear stress of the bottom surface will be reduced,and the reduction is small in the early of the thickness change and bigger in the later of the thickness change.

摘要: 考虑在水泥路面上增设几种不同厚度的乳化沥青上封层,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS 计算分析沥青上封层对受动荷载作用的水泥路面振动性能的影响。计算结果表明: 在水泥路面上加铺薄层沥青上封层可以有效降低车辆行驶对水泥路面的感应刚度,从而对抑制振动冲击荷载作用效应在路表的扩散有明显效果; 总体上看,薄层沥青上封层对改善水泥路面在振动冲击荷载作用下的变形及受力有一定作用,但不明显; 随着封层厚度的增加,面层底部正应力和剪应力值都有所降低,厚度变化初期降幅小,后期降幅增大。
