Interaction Review of City Transportation and Land Use

Abstract

Abstract: Factors which affect land use and traffic is summarized from the aspects of land use and transportation coordination model，evaluation and practice in this paper and the relationship between land-use and traffic is analyzed systematically． This research laid the foundation for finding the transport mode which is suitable for land use and the land-use mode which is suitable for traffic，which is importantly significant to solve city traffic problems，realize the land intensive utilization and sustainable development of the city．

摘要： 从土地利用与交通协调模型、评价以及实践等方面分别总结了交通对土地利用的影响因素和土地利用对交通的影响因素，系统分析了两者之间相互影响的互动关系。为研究适合土地利用的交通模式和适合交通的土地利用模式奠定了基础，对于解决城市交通问题、实现土地利用集约化和城市可持续发展具有重要意义。
