Multi-Body Dynamics Model Building of Self-Balancing Dual-Wheeled Vehicle Using ADAMS and MATLAB

基于ADAMS与MATLAB自平衡双轮车混合模型建模

Abstract: On the basis of the vehicle design,the multi-body dynamics model was built by using ADAMS,and constituted a hybrid simulation model with MATLAB/Simulink. MATLAB/Simulink models were established with the combination of the mathematical model of existing self-balanced dual-wheeled vehicle and the design parameters of the develop vehicle. The two models received the same input. By analyzing the simulation results of the two models,it’s found that mixed model of ADAMS and MATLAB also can demonstrate the state of vehicle motion accurately. This method of such a hybrid model of selfbalancing dual-wheel based on ADAMS can provide a new way for the dynamics simulation of the other electromechanical systems.

摘要: 根据实车设计数据利用ADAMS 软件建立ADAMS 多体动力学模型,并与MATLAB/Simulink 构成混合仿真模 型的步骤和方法; 同时利用已有自平衡双轮车数学模型和所研制车的设计参数建立起MATLAB/Simulink 模型,并 对两种模型给予相同的输入进行仿真。通过分析比较两者仿真结果,发现ADAMS 与MATLAB 混合模型亦能如实 的反映出自平衡双轮车的运动状态,也表明这种基于ADAMS 的混合模型可为自平衡双轮电动车等机电系统的动 力学仿真提供一种新的模型的构建方法。
