大都市近郊通勤交通需求管理策略

Abstract: The spatial relationship of jobs and housing is evolving over time along with the city spreading to the suburban areas; and then the long-distance commuting from the suburb to the city central intensifies the problems of urban transportation. Through the qualitative analysis of suburban commuting traffic characteristics and problems in Nanjing Suburb: Dong-Shan and Mo-Ling, the adapted comprehensive transportation demand management(TDM)from land use, diverse modes of transportation and vehicle management was put forward, in order to optimize the traffic structure and improve the quality of commuting travel. Meanwhile, it provides a reference for the further implementation of transportation demand management.

摘要: 随着城市向郊区蔓延,城市内部的居住-就业关系逐渐由“职住合一”向“职住分离”演变,随之而来的长距离郊区—主城向心通勤加剧了城市交通问题。分析了南京近郊(东山和秣陵 街道)的市郊通勤交通特征及问题归纳,从土地利用、多样化交通方式、机动车管理等方面对长距离的通勤提出了相适应的综合性交通需求管理策略,以达到优化郊区通勤交通结构、改善郊 区通勤出行质量的目的。为进一步实施交通需求管理提供参考。
