交通事故多发路段危险因素的模糊诊断法

Abstract: The?dangerous?factor?diagnosis?in?road?accident-prone?section?is?the?foundation?and?premise?to?improve?the?traffic?accident?black-spots.?Establishing?credible?diagnostic?model?of?dangerous?factors?is?more?effective?to?improve?the?remediation?effect?of?road?accident-prone?section.?According?to?the?principle?of?fuzzy?diagnosis,?the?fuzzy?relationship?model?between?traffic?accident?forms?and?their?causes?in?accident-prone?section?is?established,?and?the?membership?function?is?proposed?on?the?basis?of?historic?traffic?accident?statistic?data.?The?main?dangerous?factors?and?their?sequences?of?importance?degree?are?obtained?by?virtue?of?fuzzy?relationship?diagnostic?model,?which?provides?the?basis?for?the?decision-making?of?improving?road?safety?facility.

摘要: 道路交通事故多发路段的危险因素诊断是事故路段改造的前提和基础,建立可靠的道路危险因素诊断模型, 可以更有效的提高危险路段整治的效果。根据模糊诊断原理,建立了道路交通事故多发路段的事故形态与事故原 因模糊关系模型,并提出了基于历史事故数据统计的隶属度函数。利用模糊关系诊断模型,得到道路的主要危险 因素及其排序,为道路安全设施改善决策提供了依据。
