Abstract: It?is?the?major?channel?to?increase?the?economic?efficiency?by?improving?the?utilization?ratio?of?large?forklift?and?truck?in?the?open-pit?mines.?Considering?the?conditions?such?as?the?production?(8?hours)with?the?shovel-bit?output,the?demand?for?unloading?point,?the?road?transport?capacity,?the?power?shovel?loading,?the?capacity?of?the?unloading?point?etc.?in?the?open-pit?mines,the?target?to?use?the?least?total?volume?(ton-kilometers)?,the?least?number?of?forklifts?and?trucks?is?proposed?to?improve?the?utilization?ratio?of?large-scale?equipments.?The?linear?integer?programming?(0-1?P)model?and?the?non-linear?programming?model?are?established,?at?the?same?time?the?corresponding?fast?algorithm?is?given.?A?case?study?of?one?mine?verifies?the?algorithm,and?the?direction?of?target?model?which?can?be?further?optimized?is?pointed?out.

摘要: 在露天矿开采中,增加露天矿经济效益的主要途径是提高大型电铲、卡车的利用率。在考虑露天矿一个生产 班次(8h)内铲位产量、卸点需求、道路运输能力以及电铲装车、卸点吞吐量的能力等约束条件下,针对提高大型设 备利用率的目的,提出分别以最少总运量(t??km)、电铲数量和最少卡车数量为目标,建立线性整数规划(0-1规 划)模型和非线性规划模型,并给出相应快速算法,结合某矿山实际给出算例对其进行了验证,并分析了目标模型 可进一步优化的方向。
