聚酯玻纤布夹层抗剪强度的影响因素

Abstract: In?order?to?prevent?reflection?cracking,?fiberglass-polyester?paving?mat?as?a?kind?of?anti-cracking?layer?between?semi-rigid?base?and?bituminous?overlay?is?placed.?It?is?studied?that?the?interlayer?adhesion?is?one?of?the?main?factors?for?the?fiberglass-polyester?paving?mat?to?prevent?reflection?cracking.?Therefore,?the?interlaminate?adhesion?between?semi-rigid?base?and?bituminous?overlay?is?discussed?from?theoretic?analysis?and?experimental?study.?Firstly,?making?use?of?BISAR?procedure,?the?change?law?of?shearing?stress?at?the?top?and?down?surface?of?the?fiberglass-polyester?paving?mat?is?analyzed?;?secondly,?through?the?omnipotence?testing?machine?simulating?shearing?test,?the?analysis?on?the?experiment?of?the?shearing?strength?of?fiberglass-polyester?paving?mat?is?carried?out,?and?different?kinds?of?factors?influencing?the?shearing?strength?of?fiberglass-polyester?paving?mat?are?analyzed,?such?as,?viscous?layer?of?oil?type,?sticky?layer?of?oil?consumption?and?shearing?velocity,?etc..

摘要: 在半刚性基层与沥青层之间设置聚酯玻纤布夹层,可以有效的延缓裂缝扩展到沥青层,但是相关研究表明, 夹层的黏附性是影响聚酯玻纤布防治反射裂缝的效果主要因素之一。因此,从理论分析和试验研究两个方面论述 了介于半刚性基层与沥青层之间聚酯玻纤布的层间黏附性。首先,利用通用BISAR程序,分析了聚酯玻纤布上下 表面剪应力的变化规律;其次,利用万能试验机模拟剪切试验对聚酯玻纤布夹层的抗剪切性能进行了试验研究,分 析了黏层油种类、黏层油用量、剪切速率等因素对聚酯玻纤布夹层抗剪切性能的影响。
