Abstract: In this paper we studied the model with stochastic user equilibrium assignment for elastic demand, gave some related proof and designed the solving algorithm .A simple example was given to conduct programming computation.The effect of the parameters on the result of the computation is pointed out.Finally , the direction of further study is indicated.
