Abstract: The completation of the Gorge ship lock has greatly improved the navigation of the uppee part of Changjiang River, lowered the management cost of the ships，increased the navigation's competition with the others transportation，however,the condition at present can't attain to the designed requirement it also brings some negative problem．The article introduces the situation now faces and the influence it has taken，put forward some solution to it．

摘要： 三峡永久船闸的建成，极大的改善了长江上游的航行条件，降低了船舶的运营成本，增强了水运同其他运输 方式的竞争力，但是，由于现阶段各种条件远远达不到设计条件，造成船闸前船舶积压严重，船舶过闸等待时间 过长等问题，增加了航运成本，影响了航运发展．本文介绍了目前的过闸现状及其影响，提出了一些解决方案．
