汽车线控转向系统容错和故障诊断技术综述

Abstract: Firstly, the basic structure, application area and fault tolerant requirements were analyzed. Then, fault tolerant methods including analytical redundancy methods based on the observation home and abroad research status of key parts of steer-by-wire system including sensors, electronic control units, actuators, communication network and power supplies was researched. Finally, home and abroad research status of fault diagnosis methods of steer-by-wire system were analyzed. The proposed study helps to improve fault tolerant and fault diagnosis ability of steer-by-wire system and to realize mass production of automobile steer-by-wire systems.

摘要: 分析了线控转向系统的基本结构、应用和容错要求;研究了线控转向系统传感器、电子控制单元、执行机构、通信网络、电源等关键部件的容错方法,以及国内外研究现状,包括基于观测器的解析冗余方法等;分析了线控转向系统故障诊断方法的国内外研究现状。为提高线控转向系统的容错和故障诊断能力、实现批量化生产等提供借鉴。
