Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty of defining the resistance of horizontally two dimensional calculate of flow at present,on the basic of former work,through dealing with a great deal of the measured data of flow in mountain rivers,analysed horizontally two dimensional resistance and put forward the experience formula of the rough of horizontally two dimension calculate of flow of mountain rivers.And it can be applied in calculate of flow of mountain river.
