Abstract: Regarding sustaining development as basic background, in the paper, the transport system of resource-saving type is proved as strategy objective type of China transport system. By means of describing resource property of transport the paper divides and reviews the layer and content of transport system of resource-saving type, and puts forward a series of political suggestions.

摘要： 本文以持续发展为基本背景，指出资源节约型交通运输体系是我国交通运输体系战略选择的目标型式．文中描述了交通运输的资源属性，以此为基础，对资源节约型交通运输体系的层次、内容进行了划分与评析，最后提出了建立资源节约型交通运输体系的若干政策建议．
