Key Techniques of Intelligent Data Processing and Application of MITS

MITS 中智能数据处理与应用关键技术研究

Abstract: Focusing on the characteristics of Marine Intelligent Transport Systems (MITS) and combing with the success cases of land ITS applications , the basic structure of Marine Intelligent Transport Simulation Systems (MITSS) was designed. The methods including data mining , wavelet multi -scale decomposition and reconstruction , neural networks , Kalman filtering , as well as genetic algorithms were used to study the data preprocessing , data fusion and prediction in MITS. It is indicated that the proposed technique is good for the management and security of the shipping , which can also reduce congestion , increase traffic mobility , reduce the shipping impact on environment , and improve waterway capacity and traffic efficiency. The technique provides technical support for further development of the system

摘要: 针对航运智能运输系统(MITS)的特点,结合陆上ITS应用的成功案例,设计了航运智能运输仿真系统 (MITSS)基本架构;利用数据挖掘、小波多尺度分解与重构、神经网络、Kalman7m披以及遗传算法等技术,研究了航 运智能运输系统中数据预处理、数据融合及预测技术。研究表明:该技术可提高航运的管理和安全水平、减少阻塞、 增加交通的机动性、减少船舶运输对环境的影响、提高航道通行能力和交通效率的目的,为进一步的系统开发提供 技术支持。
