Abstract: It is important that the analysis and judgement of anaesthetist experts' work during anaesthesia electing. In this paper, the work is analogized by a microcomputer. This paper introduces with emphasis some of the methods used in analogue system of experts and also gives the methods of how to determine the decision tree and how to realize interactive input of disease indication and finally,skill of optimization search has been mentioned in the paper.

摘要： 用微型计算机来模拟医科大学的麻醉专家在麻醉选择时的分析判断,特别是对老年病人的麻醉问题,具有现实重要意义。重庆交通学院计算机教研室与重庆医科大学第二医院麻醉科共同研制了一个关于老年病人腹部手术的麻醉选择程序。本文重点介绍模拟专家系统的一些方法。如怎样对系统数据进行调查、分析,发现麻醉选择的关键是看一个病人,特别是老年病人的心肺功能如何? 在收集、分析数据时,用到组合数学与模糊数学的方法或概念。文中还介绍了如何决定判定树,以及实现问答式的输入疾病指症和优化收索的技巧。
