Dynamic Characteristics and Simulation of Luffing Mechanism of Aerial Work Platform

高空作业车变幅机构动态特性分析与仿真

Abstract: Taking the luffing mechanism of a certain aerial working platform as the research object , the simulation model was established by software AMESim , and the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic luffing mechanism were analyzed. The per formance of luffing mechanism was improved greatly by using bi-direction counterbalance valve. The results show that in the case of an extemal force disturbance , the spool can quickly reach the force balance and the inlet oil flow can remain constant by using bi-direction counterbalance valve. The opening pressure of counterbalance valve should maintain moderate and smaller valve opening pressure causes sensitivity of load variations , which causes jitter amplitude.

摘要: 以某型高空作业车的变幅机构为研究对象,运用多领域仿真软件AMESim建立变幅机构的仿真模型,对变幅 机掏的液压系统动态特性进行了仿真分析,通过使用双向外控式平衡阀,使变幅系统的性能得到很大程度的改善c 研究结果表明:当使用双向外控式平衡阀时,在有外力扰动的情况下,间芯能够很快达到受力平衡,使进油流量保持 恒定;平衡阔的开启压力要保持适中,太小的开启压力导致阅芯的载荷变化敏感性,从而引起变幅抖动。
