High Polymer Micro-porous Filtration Technology of Automobile Fuel and Its Filter Element Design

汽车燃油高分子微孔滤清技术及滤芯设计

Abstract: According to the defects of the short service life of paper filtering core and obligatory replacement after being jammed, a new technology of precise micro-porous filtration of automobile fuel based on the high polymer filtering material was developed. Meanwhile, the filtering core with inner and outer layers of filter tubes and with bypass valve was designed in structure, which realized double filtration as well as single filtration when the outer layer was blocked. Key realization technologies were proposed, including high polymer precise micro-filtration technology, filter core manufacture, structure design, working principle, main technical characteristics, etc. The proposed technology and its new filter core have many advantages, such as high filtration accuracy, fast filtration speed, good chemical resistance, simple structure, low cost, micro-porous regeneration and long service life.

摘要: 针对纸质滤芯使用寿命短和堵塞后必须更换的不足,开发了一种基于高分子滤材的汽车燃油精密微孔滤清技术,同时在结构上设计出带有旁通阀的外内两层过滤管的滤芯,实现了双层过滤及外层被堵塞后可单层过滤。提出了关键实现技术,包括有高分子精密微孔过滤技术、滤芯制造工艺、结构设计、工作原理和主要技术特征等。该技术和新型滤芯具有过滤精度高、滤清速度快、耐化学性能好、结构简单、价格低廉、微孔再生及使用寿命长等特点。
