Abstract: As an important strategic resource of the economic and social development and an important part of the comprehensive transportation network，the expressway has played a great role in improving the efficiency of the economic operation，enhancing the vitality of development，improving the quality of people’s life and promoting the coordinated development of the region.From 4 dimensions including the scale structure，operation performance，cohesion performance as well as economic and social impact，Henan provincial highway network planning program was evaluated，which was a comprehensive reflection of the rationality and adaptability of expressway network planning program.In the aspect of the selection of evaluation model，the previous evaluation method with stronger subjectivity was avoided，and the entropy weight-attribute mathematical model was adopted to improve the accuracy of the evaluation results.

摘要： 高速公路作为经济社会发展的重要战略资源、综合交通运输网络的重要组成部分，在提高经济运行效率、增强发展活力、改善人民生活质量、推进区域协调发展等方面发挥了巨大作用 。从规模结构、运行性能、衔接性能、经济和社会影响评价4个维度对河南省高速公路网规划方案进行评价，是对高速公路网规划的合理性和适应性的全面反映。在对评价模型的选取方面，避 免以往的主观性较强的评价方法，采用基于熵权-属性数学理论模型对其进行评价，增加评价结果的准确度。
