Risk Assessment Based on the Slip Resistance of Car Mats

基于汽车脚垫防滑性能的风险评估

Abstract: 50 batches of car mats which were from different places of origin were chosed in this risk assessment work. Their slip resistance were tested,and their security risk were assessed. The results show that the possibility of the risk car mats used by consumers is 5.8%. Because the degree of injury probably caused by slip resistance is “very serious”,the risk level of slip resistance is S,that is serious risk level. There will be a serious risk of safety in the use of car seat sushion.

摘要: 本次风险评估工作选择50批次来自全国不同产地汽车脚垫产品,对其防滑性能进行测试并对其导致的安全风险进行评估。结果显示:消费者使用存在风险的汽车脚垫产品的可能性为 5.8%,由于防滑性能可能发生的伤害程度等级为“非常严重”,防滑性能项目风险等级为S级,即严重风险等级。消费者在使用汽车人造革脚垫时将存在严重的安全风险隐患。
