Characteristics and Technology Standard of Buton-Asphalt-Rock

布敦沥青岩特性与技术标准研究

Abstract: In order to reveal material characteristics and technology standard of the Buton-asphalt-rock(BAR), different test methods and micro-analysis methods were used respectively to study the gradation, Buton asphalt(BA), rock material and coating of the long-term applied BAR and modified asphalt.The results show that the test method of centrifugal separation can accurately control the BA content of BAR; the test methods of dry screening, and washing screening after centrifugal separation are respectively applied to control the particle gradation range of BAR and BR; Abson test method can effectively control the quality of the recovered BA. The structure characteristics of BR are revealed from the microscopic mechanism, and the result that the rock mineral material is composed of calcareous silicate minerals and has strong adhesion with BA is obtained by analysis and demonstration. The coating mechanism and adhesion of 4 kinds of bituminous binder materials were evaluated and analyzed. The result shows that the longer of the mixing time of BAR and coarse aggregate,the larger of the coating surface and the better of the adhesion, which is consistent with micro-analysis results. Therefore, the technology indicators and control standard for BAR and its composite modified asphalt were proposed.

摘要: 为揭示布敦沥青岩的材料特性和技术控制标准,分别采用不同试验方法和微观分析手段对长期应用的布敦沥青岩进行了级配、布敦沥青、岩矿料及其裹覆性和改性沥青的试验研究。结果表明:离心分离试验方法能够准确控制布敦沥青岩中的布敦沥青含量,干法筛分和离心分离后水洗筛分的试验方法分别适用于控制布敦沥青岩和布敦岩矿料的颗粒级配范围,阿布森试验方法可有效控制回收布敦沥青质量;从微观上揭示了岩矿料构造特性,分析论证得到了岩矿料为钙质硅酸盐矿物所形成,与布敦沥青有较强的黏附性;对4种沥青结合料材料的裹覆机理和黏附性进行了试验评价和分析,布敦沥青岩与粗集料拌和时间越长,裹覆面越大和黏附性越好,与微观分析结果具有一致性;基于此提出了布敦沥青岩及其复合改性沥青的技术指标与控制标准。
