Influence of Measurement Point Offset on Slab Corner Deflection of Cement Concrete Pavement

测点偏移对水泥混凝土路面板角弯沉测试的影响

Abstract: Aiming at the influence of tire loading, undefined location of Beckman beam head and drop hammer on the test results in slab corner deflection test in current specifications, the influence of tire loading, undefined location of Beckman beam head and drop hammer on the values of slab corner deflection was studied by using Beckman beam deflectometer and falling weight deflectometer (FWD). The results indicate that: in the case of slab void, the deflection values obtained by the above two methods are linearly related to the offset distance; as the offset distance increases, the slab corner deflection is approximately linearly reduced. When the slab corner deflection is tested by the Beckman beam deflectometer, the load deviation within 10 cm and 20 cm can meet the application requirements of 5% and 10% allowable errors in engineering applications respectively. It is suggested that the beam head of Beckman beam should be placed 5 cm away from transverse and longitudinal joints of the slab corner. When the slab corner deflection is tested by FWD, the load deviation within 20 cm and 30 cm can meet the application requirements of 5% and 10% allowable errors in engineering applications respectively.

摘要: 针对现行规范中板角弯沉测试中轮胎加载、贝克曼梁梁头及落锤摆放位置不明确对测试结果的影响问题,利用贝克曼梁弯沉仪、落锤式弯沉仪开 展了轮胎加载、贝克曼梁梁头及落锤位置的偏移对水泥混凝土板角弯沉值影响研究。研究结果表明:在板底脱空的情况下,两种方法测试得到的弯沉值 均与偏移距离存在较好线性相关性,随着偏移距离的增加,板角弯沉近似线性减小;贝克曼梁弯沉仪检测板角弯沉时,荷载偏移10 cm、20 cm以内可分 别满足工程应用容许误差5%、10%的使用要求,建议贝克曼梁梁头摆放于距板角横、纵缝5cm的位置;落锤式弯沉仪检测板角弯沉时,偏移20 cm、30 cm 以内可分别满足工程应用容许误差5%、10%的使用要求。
