Mix Proportions Design of Pervious Concrete Pavement and Its Performance Influence Factors

透水混凝土路面配合比设计及其性能影响因素研究

Abstract: By performing three-factor and three-level orthogonal test method, the influence of factors such as the aggregate gradation, the designed voids ratio and the water-cement ratio on the mechanical properties and permeability of pervious concrete such as 28-day compressive strength and flexural strength were studied. The results show that the main influencing factors of the strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete are mainly influenced by the design voidage, followed by gradation, and not much affected by the water-cement ratio. Aggregate particle size is a key factor affecting voidage. In order to guarantee both strength and permeability, it is recommended that the pass rate of 9.5 mm sieve hole is 70%, the designed voids ratio is 15%~20%, and the water-cement ratio is 0.35.

摘要: 采用三因素三水平正交试验方法,研究了集料级配、设计空隙率、水胶比等因素对透水混凝土28 d抗压、抗折强度等力学性能及透水 特性的影响。结果表明:透水混凝土强度及透水系数的主要影响因素是设计空隙率,其次是级配,受水胶比影响不大;骨料粒径是影响空隙 率的关键因素;为同时保证强度和透水性能,推荐9.5 mm筛孔通过率70%、设计空隙率15%~20%、水胶比0.35。
