Structure Optimization of Stone Roadbed Asphalt Pavement Based on Response Surface Method

基于响应面法的石质路基沥青路面结构优化研究

Abstract: In order to improve the performance of asphalt pavement structure of stone subgrade, the response surface method was applied to optimize the pavement structure of asphalt surface, graded macadam base and stone subgrade. According to the new design index of the new specification for highway asphalt pavement design, the influence of the thickness of each pavement structure layer on the new index was analyzed. Taking the thickness of each surface layer and the thickness of base layer as constraints, the response surface optimization model was established by taking the number of fatigue cracking of asphalt mixture, the permanent deformation of asphalt mixture layer and the vertical compressive strain of roadbed top as response factors. The results show that the thickness of the surface layer has a significant effect on the permanent deformation, the number of fatigue cracks and the vertical compressive strain of roadbed top; while the thickness of graded macadam base layer has a little effect on the above three indexes.

摘要: 为了提高石质路基沥青路面结构的使用性能,应用响应面法对路面结构为沥青面层、级配碎石基层和石质路基的路面结构进行优化分 析;按照公路沥青路面设计新规范的新设计指标来分析各个路面结构层厚度对新指标的影响,以各面层的厚度和基层的厚度作为约束条件, 以沥青混合料疲劳开裂次数、沥青混合料层永久变形量和路基顶面竖向压应变作为响应因素建立响应面优化模型。研究表明:面层的厚度对 永久变形量、疲劳开裂次数和路基顶面竖向压应变有显著的影响,而级配碎石基层厚度对三大指标影响较小。
