渗透式薄层抗滑材料性能研究

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor bonding ability, insufficient sliding resistance and wearing resistance of current asphalt pavement anti-sliding repair technology, a new type of permeable thin layer anti-sliding material was developed with polyurethane as permeation cementing material, combined with anti-sliding aggregate, filler and additives. Tensile strength, fracture elongation, wear loss, fluidity and anti-sliding performance after curing were taken as technical indexes to determine the blending ratio of each material. Through the accelerated wear test, the performance of the permeable thin layer anti-sliding material was tested. The construction technology was summarized according to the characteristics of the materials, and the experience for the application of the permeable thin layer anti-sliding material in the future was accumulated.

摘要: 针对目前沥青路面抗滑修复技术黏结能力差,抗滑能力及耐磨性不足等问题,研发一种新型渗透式薄层抗滑材料,以聚氨酯作为渗透式胶结料,配合抗滑骨料、填料及添加剂等。将拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、磨耗损失、流动性及固化后的抗滑性能作为技术指标确定各材料掺配比例。通过加速磨耗试验对渗透式薄层抗滑材料性能进行测试,根据材料特点总结施工工艺,为今后渗透式薄层抗滑材料推广应用积累经验。
