Environmental Risk Analysis and Evaluation of Road Sections in Military Transportation in Wartime

战时军事运输中路段环境风险分析与评估研究

Abstract: Safety factors are important considerations for military transportation route planning in wartime, and how to quantitatively evaluate and calculate the safety degree of each road section in the road network based on existing experience and knowledge is the basic and key problem to be solved in military transportation. First of all, the concept of environmental risk value of road section was put forward; then, based on the analysis of the basic characteristics and calculation requirements of environmental risk of road section, the calculation method of environmental risk of road section under static conditions was proposed, according to the distance between enemy occupied areas and the parking time; thirdly, the idea of curve integration was adopted, and the definition and the algorithm design of environmental risk of road section in dynamic situation were carried out from the perspective of discrete mathematics; finally, the specific implementation method of the environmental risk assessment of the road section was proposed and designed. The results show that the proposed method can accurately evaluate the environmental risk of road section in wartime environment, and provide reliable and accurate basic road network data for the wartime military transportation path planning with the goal of safety and fast speed.

摘要: 安全因素是战时军事运输路线规划的重要考量对象,而如何根据现有经验和认知对路网中每条路段的安全程度进行量化评估和计算则是军事运输亟待解决的基础问题和关键问题。首先提出了路段环境风险值的概念,在分析路段环境风险基本特点和计算需求的基础上,以敌占区距离和驻车时间为主要依据提出了静态情况下路段环境风险的计算方法,然后采用曲线积分的思想并从离散数学的角度对动态情况下的路段环境风险进行了定义和算法设计,最后提出并设计了路段环境风险评估的具体实现方法。结果表明:该方法能准确地评估战时环境下的路段环境风险,能为以安全和快速等为目标的战时军事运输路径规划提供可靠和精确的基础路网数据支持。
