Abstract: In order to adapt to the development needs of new urbanization and alleviate the traffic problems brought by it, the functional structure of road network was studied, which aimed to meet the diversified traffic travel needs of residents in small cities and realize the multiple functions of roads. The influencing factors and dividing factors of the functional structure of roads in small cities were discussed. The hierarchical functional structure of the road network in small cities was studied fro the macro perspective, and the section design parameters of the road network in small cities were optimized from the micro level. The functional structure optimization system of urban road network in small cities was put forward. The research results can provide reference for the planning and construction of urban road network in small cities under the background of new urbanization.

摘要： 为适应新型城镇化的发展需求和缓解其带来的交通问题，以满足小城市居民不断发展的多样化交通出行需求、实现道路的多重功能为目标，分析了小城市道路网功能结构现状；探讨小城市道路功能结构的影响因素及划分因子；从宏观角度研究了小城市道路网等级功能结构，从微观层面优化了小城市道路网的断面设计参数。提出了小城市道路网功能结构优化体系，研究结果可对新型城镇化背景下的小城市道路网规划建设提供参考。
