基于HyperWorks 的电动车车架有限元分析

Abstract: Finite element model was established after simplifying the electric car frame with HyperWorks software; then it was employed to complete its bending and twisting of strength and stiffness calculation and analysis. The result shows that this frame’s intensity and rigidity are within the scope of materials yield; after modal analysis,it is found that the frame seven order natural frequencies easily cause resonance,which should be avoided; the results provide theoretical reference for frame structure design and improvement.

摘要: 以HyperWorks 软件为平台对某电动车车架进行简化得到其有限元模型,并对其进行弯曲工况和扭转工况下 的强度和刚度计算,分析表明: 车架的强度和刚度都在材料屈服范围之内; 模态分析发现,车架的7 阶固有频率易引 起共振应避免,为车架结构设计及改进提供理论参考依据。
