Dynamic Load Response Analysis on Five Axle Semi-Trailer Running on the Curved Slope Road at High Speed

Abstract

Abstract: A certain kind of five axle semi-trailer ( 1 + 5 + 5) vehicle model and different slope，different turning radius road files was built using ADAMS /CAR. Simulation analysis on the procedure of vehicle running on the curved surface slope road was carried out，and the reason for the variation of dynamic load was also explained. Statistics analysis on dynamic load engendered by vehicle running on different curved surface slope roads was carried out，and the variation regulation of dynamic loading changing with slope and turning radius was found out. The proposed analysis results provide reference that the change of the dynamic load should be considered in the pavement and vehicle design.

摘要： 利用ADAMS /CAR 建立了某型五轴半挂车( 1 + 5 + 5) 型的车辆模型，以及不同坡度、不同转弯半径的路面文件。仿真分析了车辆在弯坡路面高速下坡行驶的过程，说明了过程中动荷载变化的原因，统计分析了车辆在不同弯坡的路面上行驶产生的动荷载，找到了动荷载随着坡度、转弯半径的变化规律。可为路面设计和车辆设计时考虑动荷载的变化提供参考。

To further study its influence mechanism and to solve the problem of limited accuracy of traditional prediction methods under multi-feature data conditions, a pavement skid resistance performance assessment model based on the fusion of Bayesian optimization algorithm (BOA) and extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) was proposed. Firstly, specimens phalt mixtures of different gradation types were prepared. Friction data and 3D texture data of the specimen surface were respectively obtained by using a pendulum friction meter and a 3D laser scanning device. Secondly, the height, the wavelength and shape parameters were extracted to describe the texture structure, and the texture feature importance analysis was carried out to clarify the factors that significantly affected the skid resistance. Then, the optimal key parameters were improved by introducing of the model BOA-XGBoost and the prediction model of skid resistance performance was established. The research results show that compared with the comparative models, the proposed model has higher accuracy, with a correlation coefficient R2 of 0.890 6, which is 25.2%, 13.0%, and 15.1% higher than those of the comparative models, respectively.
