    In the paper,probality distribution,time main value and fluctuant intensity pressure of surface testing points on the bridge constructure (mainly concentrating on the upper part) are tested by dynamic pressure testing system.Vertical applied force of the bridge constructure is analyzed,and the proposal is put forward for the safety of the bridge constructure.

    In this paper,we provide that bridge resistant force against mountain torrent is affected by random and fully factors.Using ultimate design theory and fully comprehensive judgement to evaluate bridge resistant force,and deciding current bridge resistant force and safety margin against mountain torrent,it prevents destorying briges against mountain torrent preventing decision accordance.

    General Approach on Geomorphologic Evolution in Bailongjiang Basin since Quaternary

    On the basis of investigations in field and testings in laboratory,we have concluded the basic geomorphologic evolution in Bailongjiang basin.The results have identified that 2、4 and 6 terraces are exsisted respectively in upstream zone,medstream zone and trasient zone between upstream and medstream of the basin. T4-T6 and T3 were formed in earlier Quaternary and 600 Ka·B·P· respectively.The tectonic upheavl mode in the basin is consistent with that in Qinghai Xizang plateau,but it used to be weaker.Catastrophic geomorphologic processes such as debris flow and landslide are quite obvious in the course of the geomorphologic evolution in the basin.There are at least two old typical debris flow sediments in T3 profile,occuring in earlier and latter times of kabula interglaciation.

    Group Decision Making Models on Allocation of Resources

    This paper focuses attention on the group decision making of resource allocation.We discuss the Pareto model and core model and point out some defects of them when they are used in the allocation of resources.A barycenter model of group decision making on resource allocation is constructed in this paper using group's loss function based on the additive kind of group cardinal utility function.Main results in this paper are that the barycenter model selects barycenter of ideal allocation set as the outcome of group decision making.and that the barycenter of ideal allocation set is pareto optimal.

    The temperatures and thichnesses of solidified shells in ISP type mould for continuous casting of thin slabs are analysed,and based on which three dimensional thermal palsto-elastic EFM analyses on the shells are carried out,and,in turn,the distributions of temperatures,stresses and displacements,as well as the longitudinal cracking index (L.C.I),transversal cracking index (T.C.I) and the index defined with effective stresses of the solidified shells in the different drawing speeds are given.

    Non-Linear Rheological Model of Asphalt Concrete and Pavement Cracking Temperature Prediction

    Based on Burgers model,a four elements non linear rheological model (FENR) is developed.Its creep analytic solution shows that it can express the whole process of creep and creep rupture of asphalt concrete.In addition,the creep coincides with test results.Especially,FENR model supplies asphalt concrete with a creep rupture criterion σmax.Taken Hills and Brien's assumption of pavement,the prediction equation for pavement cracking temperature is developed by using FENR model and discretization of temperature induced stresses.The computer program has been compiled,which can predict pavement cracking temperature under arbitrary monotonic cooling function.Thus,the problem existed in Hills and Brien's method is initially solved.The method and computer program are of practical value.

    Study on a Kind of Control Method of Road Vehicle Active Suspension

    The problem of part state feedback control of road vehicle active suspension is studied in this paper.The basic theory and the numerical method of the optimization of part state feedback control law are described,and the computer programmes are also built.According to the paraments of ‘JH631K’,the optimal control laws are calculated.The application of modern linear stochastic optimal control theory in road vehicle active suspension design are perfected. The results of the numerical simulation and the model test of the suspension charactistics show that the effects of vibration absorption of part state feedback optimal control and of full state feedback optimal control are similar in active suspension;but the realization of part state feedback optimal control is simple.So it has great value in application,and all theory and method in this article are practicable.

    The achivements of the HC anchorage technical test research of the parallel wire strand (127 wires) on main cable of human bridge are introduced in this paper.It includes the following questions:1. The test method;2. The zinc coper alloy pouring、the alloy constriction and supplement pouring;3. The optimum thickness choice of the slab which distributes the wire;4. The synthetical effect discussion of the anchorage technique.Some conclusions are obtained finally.

    This paper presents a kind of way to revise flow velocity distribution acco rdding to plane twodimension river mathematical model,by which we can find a linear correlation equation about U"m/Um and hi/h from the regulation engineering of Guang Yin Sands in Chang Jiang River. The revision value can be better identical with the model measured value than the model calculated value can.
