双壁钢吊箱围堰制造并下水工艺探讨

Abstract: In deepwater,the construction of bridge foundation has various methods and the steel cofferdams is the most important. On the basis of Wuhan Erqi Yangtze River Bridge,the process of the manufacture of the double-wall steel suspension cofferdams and the specific discussion of launching after manufacture were introduced in detail. Based on block manufacture,cofferdams manufacture was followed by assembly. To ensuring project quality,cutting,splicing and welding were inspected strictly. The process of manufacture and launching was complicated and highly required accuracy.

摘要: 深水环境下桥梁基础的施工有多种形式,最主要的是钢围堰法。以武汉二七长江大桥的施工为依据,详细介 绍了双壁钢吊箱围堰的制造工艺以及制造完成后下水浮运的具体方案。围堰制造采用分块制造,依次组拼的原 则,下料、拼装、焊接每一步都经过严格检查验收,确保工程质量。钢吊箱围堰制造及下水工艺复杂,精度要求高, 难度大。
