Application of Surface Wave Exploration Method in Quality Detection of Filling Embankment Compaction

面波勘探方法在填方路基压实质量检测中的应用

Abstract: Fluctuating signals in the highway filling embankment were collected by the surface wave tester,and the wave velocity based on the cross spectrum was analyzed. The compaction test specimen was manufactured by use of the packing of the construction site,and the wave velocity of it was tested. Then,the relationship between the wave velocity and the compaction degree of the compaction specimen was obtained and the compaction of the construction site was calculated by use of the rating curve. The results show that the wave velocity and the compaction degree of the embankment have good corresponding relationship,and the compaction of the fill subgrade section can be reflected by the wave velocity,and thus to realize the compaction quality of the embankment nondestructive testing and rapid monitoring.

摘要: 利用浮点工程动测仪现场采集高速公路路基的波动信号,基于互谱分析理论分析了各工点的波速指标; 通过 现场取回各工点的填料制作大量的击实试件,利用面波测试仪测试了击实试件的横波波速,建立了波速和击实试件 干密度及压实度的对应关系,并通过获得的标定曲线计算了对应现场的压实质量。结果表明,填方路基现场的波速 和路基压实度具有良好的对应关系,通过波速的测试,可以直接反映填方路基整个断面的压实程度,从而可以实现 路基压实质量的无损检测及快速监控。
