Automatic Monitoring System for Displacement of Pier and Beam of Curved Bridge

弯桥墩梁位移自动监测系统研究

Abstract: For curved bridge piers, beams, bearings and expansion joints diseases occur interrelated phenomena, design and development of the bending beam displacement pier automatic monitoring system. Combined effects of thermal expansion and contraction, and system installation affect the original pier excursion between the beam monitoring values deduced through theoretical actual offset value formula pier beams; to achieve the displacement of the expansion joints by image acquisition mode artificial situation interpretation, real-time observation of the bearing state, and to realize the displacement sensor to collect data validation obtained; mobile data transmission over a wireless network to a server, and the server software system called data processing, form data graphs, export monitoring data; to overrun situation timely messages warning, so as to achieve a timely and effective early warning monitoring points are functional damage conditions.

摘要: 针对弯桥的墩、梁、支座以及伸缩缝会出现相互关联的病害的现象,设计研发了弯桥墩梁位移自动监测系统。结合热胀冷缩效应,以及系统安装时墩梁之间的原始偏移情况对监测值的影响,通过理论推导得出墩梁的实际偏移值公式;通过图像采集方式实现对伸缩缝的位移情况进行人工判读,对支座状态进行实时观测,并实现对位移传感器采集得到数据的验证功能;数据通过移动无线网络传输到服务器中,由软件系统对服务器中的相关数据进行调用处理,形成数据曲线图、导出监测数据;对超限等状况进行及时短信预警,从而达到及时有效预警被监测点损伤状况的功能。
