Temperature Prediction of Friction Interface of Wet Brake Based on Extrapolation

基于外推法的湿式制动器摩擦界面温度预测

Abstract: Combined with the initial conditions and boundary conditions during braking,the temperature prediction method of friction interface which used heat transfer theory and extrapolation by measuring the internal temperature field of dual steel disc was proposed,to solve the problem that the temperature of wet brake friction interface is difficult to measure directly.Temperature field of dual steel disc was obtained by ABAQUS simulation software.A node in the friction interface and its corresponding time-temperature curve of middle nodes in internal friction disc were intercepted,and MATLAB software was used to reversely deduce the time-temperature curve of the predicted interface.The simulation results show that the time-temperature curve predicted by the proposed method and the measured time-temperature curve are in good agreement in the trend of change.

摘要: 针对湿式制动器摩擦界面温度难以直接测量的特点,提出了通过测量对偶钢盘内部温度场、运用传热学理论及外推法、结合制动过程的初始条件及边界条件,来反推得到摩擦界面的预测温度的研究方法;利用ABAQUS软件仿真得到对偶钢盘的温度场,截取摩擦界面内的一个节点以及相对应的摩擦盘内部中间节点的时间-温度曲线,应用MATLAB软件反推出预测界面的时间-温度曲线。仿真结果表明:研究方法预测的时间-温度曲线与实测时间-温度曲线在变化趋势上表现了良好的一致性。
