Analysis and Evaluation Method for Traffic State of Urban Regional Road Network

城市区域路网交通状态分析与评价方法

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of the traffic state discrimination of the regional road network,the difference of the impact of different sections and intersections on the whole traffic running condition of road network should be considered. The traffic state models of sections and intersections were established through building a road network structural model. According to the topology relationship between the sections of the road network,a traffic state matrix was established,which can be used to represent the temporal and spatial information of road network. Considering the importance of road network elements in the road level and their influence,the weight coefficient models of the road section and intersection were established. On this basis,a comprehensive discrimination model was established to reflect the traffic status index of the regional road network,and the traffic state levels of the road network were determined. Through the simulation of regional road network,the traffic state of road network was analyzed with the average travel speed as evaluation index. The results show that the proposed method is practical and effective for the discrimination of regional traffic congestion state.

摘要: 为提高区域路网交通状态判别的准确性,需要考虑不同路段、交叉口对路网交通整体运行状态影响作用的差异性。通过构建路网结构模型,建立路 段和交叉口的交通状态模型,根据路网中各路段间拓扑结构关系,建立路网交通状态矩阵,用它来表示路网时空状态信息;考虑路网元素在路网中的道路 等级以及影响作用的重要程度,建立路段和交叉口的权重系数模型。在此基础上建立反映区域路网交通状态指数的综合判别模型,确定路网交通状态级别 。通过对区域路网的仿真,以平均行程速度为评价指标对路网交通状态进行分析,结果表明了该方法对区域交通拥堵状态判别的实用性和有效性。
