The Method of Backcalculating the Strains at the Bottom of Asphalt Layer Based on Deflection Basin

实测弯沉盆反算沥青面层应变方法的研究

Abstract: The fundamental methods of nondestructive evaluations of pavement structure and its importance in pavement management system are discussed in this paper firstly. The applications of strains in pavement structure design and methods of using'strain standard to design pavement thickness in the world are also analyzed. Based on these analyses, the fundamental consideration to backcalculate the strains at the bottom of the asphalt layer is presented. By detailed deriving, the strain calculation equations are obtained. By comparison calculation of using Chevron program, a theoretical formula by erroneous modification is also obtained. The formulas presented in this paper are in good correspondence with theoretical formulas.

摘要: 本文首先简要讨论了路面结构非破损评价的基本方法及其在路面管理中的重要性,并分析了应变指标在柔性路面设计方法中的作用及国际上一些现行设计方法对应变指标的考虑方法,由此提出了反算沥青面层底部拉应变的基本设想。通过详细推导,得出了应变计算的基本公式,并用多层体系理论进行对比计算,提出了经误差修正后的理论计算公式。文中还讨论了误差产生的原因及补偿的方法,通过对比计算具有较高的精度。
