On engineering measurement superision

Abstract

Abstract: The paper brings forward the requirement of engineering measurement,and divides it into three stages.On each stage in puts forward essentials for standard fill in and examination and verification of the engineering measurement basic materials.For engineering measurement superision it provides with academic and practical reference.
