钢桥面浇注式沥青混合料铺装的高温稳定性研究

Abstract: Guss -asphalt mixture is a dense gra ded mixture , when paving at steel deck, attentions should be given to its stability at high temperature .Many factors influent guss -asphalts high temperature stability .Through Marshall test, high temperature rut test and dynamic shear test, some factors about material composition such as asphalt content, the ratio of coarse and fine aggregate , ratio of miner filler and asphalt are discussed, factor about structure such as the height of test sample is also discussed at the paper .Several measurements are proposed to improve the mixtures high temperature stability .

摘要: 浇注式沥青混合料是一种密级配的铺装材料,在应用于钢桥面铺装时,必须高度重视混合料的高温稳定性.通过混合料的马歇尔试验、高温车辙试验、动态剪切试验的研究,分析了沥青用量、粗细集料含量、粉胶比等材料组成因素及结构厚度等结构因素对浇注式沥青混合料的高温稳定性影响,并提出了提高浇注式沥青混合料高温稳定性的技术措施.
