Abstract: Investment management of expressway construction deals with expressway cost and management． so the investment management for construction fund plays an important role in expressway engineering management．under no changing construct scale and design standards，it’s goat to economize fund gready for engineering constructors．In this paper，the problems are discussed about project investment and prophase management and practice expe rience is summarized by participating in the some expressway construction．

摘要： 公路建设的投资管理直接涉及到公路的成本和今后的运营管理，因此对建设资金的投资管理是公路工程管理的重要环节．在不改变建设规模和设计标准的前提下，最大限度的节约资金，是工程建设管理者追求的目标．笔者通过参与某高速公路建设实践，对控制高速公路建设项目的投资及前期管理应注意的问题进行分析总结．
