摘要： 笔者根据适应与经济发展的一般含义,探讨了公路与经济发展相适应性内涵,拟定了其评价指标,建立了量 化模型,说明了量化过程,提出了客观模糊评价方法,设定了评价指标的评语集、评语值域和模糊隶属度函数,然后 对我国1991~1999年公路交通与经济发展的适应性进行了评价,得出了不适应性结论
