Abstract: A new bridge carrying-capacity changing theory is proposed in the paper and then generalized as four changing phases: a dissipation phase, a deterioration phase, a destruction phase and a promotion phase. In turn, the scientific definitions, the features, the influential factors, the effect quantification and model systems corresponding to the different four phases are summarized to provide theoretical and applicable guide for the technical evaluation and rebuilding of aged bridges

摘要: 提出了桥梁承载力演变理论,并将该理论概括为4个阶段:承载力耗散阶段、承载力衰变阶段、承载力溃 损阶段和承载力提升阶段;对各阶段的科学定义、性态特征、影响因素、效应度量、构模体系及量化分析作了概 化,可为已成桥的技术评价和改造利用提供理论依据与应用借鉴
