Abstract: Implementation of Ships’ Routeing Scheme indicates that technology of the vessels’ prevention collision obtains a great breakthrough from the angle of the maritime safety management in the reservoir of three gorges. It provides the basic that future technique for preventing collision will develop toward ITS. This text discusses the present condition and development about the ships’ preventing collision technology according to the past technique in the reservoir of three gorges
