Abstract: Generally there are three kinds of ways for protecting pipeline when it get aserofls the road．They are gate bridge，channel and protecting woods．In this paper a new protecting device for pipeline is designed．Through structure strength analysis and optimization for the protecting device，its structure is more simple and its fixing is more convenient．

摘要： 输油管线穿越公路时既不能妨碍交通，又不能让管线被车辆的重量和震动所破坏，目前有三种解决方法，即门桥、挖地沟和安设护木．通过对这三种方式优缺点的分析，设计了一种结构简单、安装迅速的新型管线穿越公路的护管装置，并对其进行了结构强度分析与优化，分析表明，所设计的护管装置能很好的满足要求．
