Abstract

Abstract: The Third-Part Logistics is a kind of creative management mode，having became an essential mode of each national enterprise logistics in 21 centuries．On this situation，the development situation of the 3PL in our country is analysed and the countermeasures are given out．

摘要： 第3方物流作为一种创新的经营管理模式，已成为21世纪各个国家企业物流管理的主流模式．在这种形势下，笔者对我国第3方物流的发展环境进行了分析，并提出了我国发展第3方物流的对策．
