交通科技项目招投标体系探析

Abstract

Abstract: It's more and more popular to choose bidder for the traffic science and technology projects through bidding．But it is still at the primary stage contrasting to construction engineering bidding．Combining the characteristics of tragic science and technology，correlative laws and rules，po tential bidders，employer and the evaluating methods，the bidding system of trafic science and technology projects is analyzed．

摘要： 交通科技项目已经越来越多的采取招标投标的方式来确定科技项目的研究承担单位．较之建设工程项目而言，科技项目的招投标仍处于萌芽阶段，结合科技项目自身的特点、国家和相关部门颁布的法律、法规、科技项目潜在投标人的情况、招标人(招标代理机构)、招标方式、评标标准及科技项目评标专家的选取等方面的内容对交通科技项目的招标投标体系进行了分析．
