FEA of the Effect on Anti-slippery Performance of the Frictional High-Strength Bolt Caused by Gasket

垫片对摩擦型高强螺栓抗滑移性能影响分析

Abstract: The simplified model connected by the high-strength bolts was established by making use of the ANSYS 9.0 software.The anti-slippery performances of the M20 frictional high-strength bolts,which had the various-size gaskets,were carried out by the nonlinear analysis.Moreover,the ANSYS digital results with the various-size gaskets were dealt with the comparative research.These indicate that the various-size gaskets have some influence on the anti-slippery performances of the frictional high-strength bolts.Therefore,some significant references to the actual engineering are offered.

摘要: 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS 9.0建立高强螺栓连接的简化模型,对垫片尺寸不同的M20摩擦型高强螺栓的抗滑移性能进行了非线性分析,并对各种垫片尺寸下的ANSYS计算结果进行了对比研究。分析表明,不同尺寸的垫片对摩擦型高强螺栓的抗滑移性能有一定的影响,对实际工程有一定参考意义。
